Sometimes it takes a newcomer to suggest a new idea! Thanks to Nancy Van Loon, a newcomer who moved to Carlton Willard in Bedford from Nashville, Tenn., we will initiate a new group called “Fifth Thursday.” Her church in Nashville organized such a group for those who were able to get together in the daytime and who found it difficult to get out at night.

Women of all ages are invited to bring a sack lunch to the first “Fifth Thursday” group on Nov. 29th from noon to 2:00, when dessert and coffee and tea will be served. We will meet in the library and there will be time for fellowship and prayer, hymn singing and planning of future “Fifth Thursday” meetings. Come and bring a friend!
