Sets up the Social Justice Endowment Committee by voting on
The Resolution,
The Statement of Purpose, and
The Charter of the Committee

Votes on any revision of the above documents

Elects three members to the Social Justice Endowment Committee  

Votes on the invasion of corpus in response to urgent or critical need

Receives periodic and annual reporting from Social Justice Endowment Committee

Oversees income distribution in accordance with the Endowment and Investment Policy

Reports all activity

Accountable for proper application of income

Periodic and Annual reporting of investments

Accepts gifts and converts into managed funds

Monitors investment performance to ensure that requests and investments meet policy criteria

Monitors Endowment Funds
